After our son’s unexpected death in Jupiter Florida we were faced with settling his estate and selling his condo. A realtor friend in the Tampa area recommended Chip Carmack. Chip is fantastic, he was immediately on the scene, did substantial research on comparable properties and helped establish a listing price. He stayed on top of things and within one week he had shown our son’s condo at least 8 times and had two cash offers with no inspection requirement. Chip went out of his way to coordinate with the home owners association to get a fence repaired. He is very thoughtful, honest and considerate – we highly recommend him.

Chip is a Godsend. I was going through a rough time in life and was facing foreclosure so I made the decision to sell my home. I used a realtor that was referred by my attorney, and I was very disatisfied to say the least. I felt as though I wasn’t being heard and that she was doing the bare minimum. She made a bad situation even worse. I took my house off the market just so I wouldn’t have to deal with her. Chip stopped by my home one day to offer his service and I am so thankful that he did. Chip was warm and welcoming right from the beginning and made this process pleasant and bearable. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that he not only sold my property, but that he got me the best possible deal. Honestly words can not express the gratitude that I have.
